The clientele is broader and traffic this past year has increased by over 20%. How do we keep giving that full LUSH experience with less staff and less time to spend clients? Oh, and how do you promote a business that doesn't pay for any sort of advertising through traditional media vehicles?
Instead of advertising roll-outs, LUSH believes in campaigns that support it's ethics. From supporting equal rights, animal rights, and environmental change, LUSH has a hand in all of it. People want real, and they don't want corporate. That is one thing LUSH is amazing at, and our individual store can keep that spirit going with sincere engagement on social media.
By emphasizing that our store page is run by LUSH Washington Square employees, we can continue the discussion going on digital channels. Featuring individual employees, encouraging feedback, and sharing relevant content will resonate with our wide ranging clientele. Within the first week, with one single post, we increased organic post reach by nearly 3,000%. Remember, we like it organic here.
